The CM275 is a universal solar albedo mounting stand to mount any downwelling/upwelling combination of pyranometer, ventilation unit, reference cell, or spectral radiometer. No other reference cell albedo mount is available that will allow a ventilated pyranometer on the top and non-ventilated pyranometer on the bottom.
The CM275 has the ability to mount sensors on a tilt for POA measurements and offers a secure fit to ensure the sensor’s position doesn't shift and maintains its levelness. This allows the sensor to be both level to the plane and in the perfect azimuth.
The process of securely mounting and accurately leveling sensors or reference cells to a mounting bracket has traditionally been very difficult. The CM275 mount solves this problem by simplifying installation.
The CM275 has small and large mount plate options available, and the installation technician can now securely bolt the sensor to the perfectly sized mount. Then, using the sensor’s bubble level as a reference, the technician levels the plane of the mount by adjusting the built-in leveling bolts.
The design of the CM275 reduces the time and meticulous nature of balancing between tightly securing the sensor to the mounting bracket while perfectly leveling the sensor.
